Governance Overview
Divine Open Institute of Management is governed by a formal and transparent institutional structure designed to ensure accountability, academic quality, regulatory compliance, and the long-term integrity of the institution. The governance framework is composed of the following principal offices and bodies:
- The Governing Council: The supreme governing body of DOIM, responsible for strategic oversight, policy approval, institutional accountability, and the appointment of the Director. The Governing Council ensures that DOIM operates in alignment with its stated mission, values, and legal obligations.
- The Director: The chief executive officer of DOIM, responsible for overall institutional leadership, strategic direction, external partnerships, and the fulfilment of the institutional mandate. The Director is accountable to the Governing Council.
- The Principal: The senior academic officer of DOIM, responsible for the quality and integrity of all academic programmes, faculty management, curriculum oversight, and the overall academic culture of the institution.
- The Academic Registrar: Responsible for student admissions, academic records management, examinations administration, transcript issuance, and all matters of academic registration and certification.
- The Institute Secretary: The principal administrative and governance officer, responsible for Governing Council secretariat services, institutional compliance, strategic coordination, official records management, and administrative operations.
