STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES

Your Success is Our Institutional Priority.

At Divine Open Institute of Management, we understand that academic achievement does not occur in a vacuum. Students face a wide range of challenges throughout their academic journey, from managing coursework alongside professional and family responsibilities, to navigating financial pressures, to maintaining personal wellbeing under the demands of study. DOIM’s Student Support Services are designed to ensure that none of these challenges become barriers to your success.

From the moment you enrol to the day you graduate and beyond, DOIM’s student support infrastructure is here for you.

  • Academic Advising: Every DOIM student is assigned a dedicated Academic Adviser who is available throughout the academic year to assist with programme navigation, course selection, study planning, assessment preparation, academic performance management, and any academic concerns that arise. Your Academic Adviser is your first point of contact when you need guidance about your studies.
  • Digital Library Access: All enrolled DOIM students have twenty-four-hour access to the DOIM Digital Library, which provides a comprehensive collection of academic journals, e-books, research papers, institutional publications, and past examination resources. The library is your primary academic resource hub and is accessible from any internet-connected device through your student login.
  • Technical and ICT Support: A dedicated ICT Help Desk is available to assist students with any technology-related challenges, including Learning Management System access issues, login difficulties, software queries, and assignment submission errors. Our technical support team commits to responding to all logged queries within twenty-four hours.
  • Career Development Centre: DOIM’s Career Development Centre supports students and alumni in translating their academic achievement into professional success. Services include curriculum vitae writing workshops, interview preparation, professional networking guidance, access to the DOIM graduate job board, connections to employer partners, and career planning advisory sessions.
  • Personal Counselling and Wellness: The mental health and emotional wellbeing of our students is a genuine institutional priority. DOIM provides access to confidential counselling services delivered virtually by trained professionals. Any student experiencing personal, emotional, or psychological challenges is encouraged to reach out.
  • Financial Guidance: The DOIM Finance Office provides guidance to students experiencing financial challenges, including information on flexible payment arrangements, fee deferral options, and access to DOIM’s financial partner institutions offering student financing solutions.
  • Alumni Mentorship Programme: DOIM connects current students with programme alumni who volunteer as professional mentors. Through the mentorship programme, students receive career guidance, professional network introductions, industry insights, and practical advice from DOIM graduates who have walked the same academic path and succeeded.
  • Examination and Assessment Guidance: The Academic Registrar’s Office provides clear, timely, and comprehensive guidance on all aspects of DOIM’s examination and assessment processes, including timetables, formats, submission procedures, academic integrity policies, and appeals processes.
  • International Student Support: DOIM provides dedicated orientation and advisory support for international students, including guidance on academic procedures, digital access, qualification recognition, and navigating the DOIM academic community from abroad.
